No additional applications are being accepted for 2026 as all slips have been filled for the season. If you are interested in entering the lottery to rent a boat slip in 2027, please re-visit this page in December of 2026.
Charlie's Docks & Lottery Overview
- Charlie's boat slips are organized by boat type & size – the available slips we currently have this year are for boats up to 22' in TOTAL length (including swim platform).
- Please provide accurate information on your boat & don't guess. Providing inaccurate information and your boat being longer than 22' TOTAL length will result in loss of slip.
- Slips occasionally become available just before and during a season. We will use the remaining 2026 lottery winners to fill the slip. So feel free to still enter the lottery if your boat is longer than 22' total length for potential future use.
- Slips are $5200 for the 2026 season. A $500 non-refundable deposit would be due now, with the remaining payments of $2350 due February 1 and April 1. You must be paid in full to use the slip.
- All payments are online.
- The rental season runs from as soon as the docks are installed (typically late April/early May) until Monday, October 19th.
- Slip placements will be finalized in the spring and will be assigned by Charlie's Docks. All slips are the same size.
- The slip is for personal use. There is no sub-renting of boat slips or any businesses/services conducted using slips or boats at Charlie's Docks.
- We do not rent slips for Lone or Twin Island use or for jet skis.
- Slip offers will be for lottery winners and cannot be transferred or given to anyone else at any time. The slip and boat registration would need to be in the lottery winner or co-renter's name.
- Once you become a renter at Charlie's Docks, you have the opportunity to renew for the following & subsequent years, as long as rules are followed & payments are made on time.
